I am looking to travel around Japan via shinkansen. I have already traveled once by reserved car and was wondering what the difference was between that and the green car.
Primarily I’m wondering if there is more space?

Yes, Green Car is like first class which has more space.
Reserved car is normal car. It’s just reserved so that you can book it in advance. We also have “non-reserved car” which you can get on without reservation.
