I really want it to be a law like that. I am so tired of seeing dogs laying on the road dead and cars just passing over them like nothing. I think its so cruel! I understand that sometimes it can be an accident and owners should be very careful that there dogs aren’t carelessly running around. But there are also some very cruel people out there! I’ve seen them! About six years ago my chihuahua got it by a car. I took him outside to do his business but like he was so little he manage to get out through a bar fence we had. My friend and I quickly went after him but he was crossing the street and the light was turning green for cars to pass by. He got hit by a truck that was going too fast, didn’t care to slow down even though it was apparent two little girls were trying to get their dog. He just killed my dog in front of me and left like nothing! I was soooo sad and I’m never going to forget about it. That’s not all I’ve seen other incidents that I know people are cruel!
I understand what your saying. Owners do have the responsibility of keeping their dogs safe. But I KNOW there are people who don’t care to hit a dog. Plus, honestly people speed too much….way over speed limit, its why if its an accident they don’t have time to stop by that time. But even if its an accident the least they can do is stop speacially if the owner is right there dealing with the lost. I strongly believe something has to be done!

I do maybe if that old fat a$ $ bi+ch wasnt going 70mph in a 30mph area my 7month old princess would still be alive. Way to see my first dog die

For hybrid car sales in the United States, Honda was the first to offer a two-seated hybrid car in year 2000 and further expanded the offering of hybrid vehicles to the United States only two months later with a compact car model, the Prius. The classic style of the ever popular gas saving model, Civic, was then offered in hybrid car form in 2002 and received great reviews.

Other automakers followed suit, with Ford offering the Escape Hybrid in 2004. This was also the first hybrid that had a sports utility vehicle feature. The production of the hybrid car will continue, as popularity intensifies, and the American public will relish in the tax saving and economical features that the hybrid automobile brings to the benefit of the American people.

In conclusion, hybrid cars will be the next alternative to fuel vehicle. The trend is spreading, not only in American, but worldwide. Asia countries, such as Japan, Korea and Singapore owners of hybrid cars are enjoying tax relief from switching to hybrid motor. It is inevitable that fuel motor cars model will be going down to history and hybrid cars is making a history.
